  1. These redemption items are valid for G CARD Members by redeeming the G CARD points via Grand Indonesia Mobile App.
  2. For data confirmation please visit G CARD Counters located at West Mall level 2 & East Mall level LG or G CARD Lounge East Mall level 5 (for G CARD Gold Members only).
  3. The data confirmation period is a maximum of 1 (one) month from the date of the redemption item redeemed through Grand Indonesia Mobile App.
  4. G CARD Member must register GFF ID/KF ID and/or GetPlus ID into the G CARD system. 1 (one) G CARD Member can only register 1 (one) ID and must be in active condition.
  5. This redemption item can be redeemed for a maximum of 5 (five) times for the same item per day.
  6. GarudaMiles/GetPlus and/or Krisflyer Miles’ validation date will follow the date stated on each system that owned by partners.
  7. The availability of the GarudaMiles/GetPlus and/or Krisflyer Miles is unlimited.
  8. Type of redemption item is subject to change without prior notice.

Syarat & Ketentuan

  1. Redemption Item ini berlaku untuk G CARD Member dengan menukarkan G CARD point yang dimiliki melalui Grand Indonesia Mobile App.
  2. untuk melakukan konfirmasi data, mohon kunjungi G CARD Counter yang berlokasi di West Mall lantai 2 dan East Mall lantai LG atau G CARD Lounge East Mall lantai 5 (khusus untuk G CARD Gold Member).
  3. Periode konfirmasi data adalah maksimum 1 (satu) bulan, terhitung sejak tanggal redemption item dipilih melalui Grand Indonesia Mobile App.
  4. G CARD Member harus mendaftarkan ID GFF/ ID GetPlus dan/atau ID KF yang dimiliki ke dalam sistem G CARD. 1 (satu) G CARD Member hanya dapat memasukkan 1 (satu) ID dan harus dalam kondisi aktif.
  5. Redemption item dapat ditukarkan maksimal sebanyak 5 (lima) kali untuk item yang sama per harinya.
  6. Tanggal validasi GarudaMiles/GetPlus Point dan/atau Krisflyer Miles mengikuti tanggal yang tertera pada system yang dimiliki oleh pihak partner.
  7. Ketersediaan GarudaMiles/GetPlus Point dan/atau Krisflyer Miles ini tidak terbatas.
  8. Jenis redemption item dapat berubah tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
