SYARAT & KETENTUAN PROGRAM

SPENDERS TREAT

Spenders Treat merupakan program spesial untuk G CARD Gold Member untuk penukaran G CARD Point ke voucher/produk/GetPlus Point dengan potongan 50%.  

  1. Periode program: 4 – 10 September 2024. 
  2. Untuk mengikuti program ini, G CARD Gold Member harus menukarkan G CARD Point dengan mengunjungi konter G CARD yang berlokasi di West Mall lantai 2, East Mall lantai 2 dan 3A atau G CARD Lounge East Mall lantai 5. 
  3. G CARD Gold Member dapat menukarkan semua jenis Redemption Item yang tersedia untuk program ini, selama G CARD Point yang dimiliki jumlahnya mencukupi. 
  4. 1 (satu) jenis Redemption Item yaitu voucher/GetPlus Point, dapat ditukarkan maksimal sebanyak 5 (lima) kali/periode. Sedangkan untuk 1 (satu) jenis Redemption Item yaitu produk CORKCICLE Canteen 16oz – Dipped Blackout, dapat ditukarkan maksimal sebanyak 1 (satu) kali/periode.  
  5. Untuk penukaran GetPlus Point, G CARD Gold Member harus mendaftarkan ID GetPlus ke dalam sistem G CARD. Nama yang tertera dalam ID Getplus harus sama dengan yang tertera pada sistem G CARD. 1 (satu) G CARD Gold Member hanya dapat memasukkan 1 (satu) ID GetPlus dan harus dalam kondisi aktif.  
  6. Redemption Item berupa voucher hanya dapat digunakan di tenant yang berlokasi di Grand Indonesia. 
  7. Masa berlaku voucher mengikuti tanggal yang tertera pada masing-masing voucher. 
  8. Masa berlaku GetPlus Point mengikuti tanggal yang tertera pada aplikasi GetPlus. 
  9. Redemption Item yang telah dipilih dan diterima oleh G CARD Gold Member tidak dapat dibatalkan atau ditukar kembali dengan uang atau Redemption Item lainnya dengan alasan apapun. 
  10. Jenis Redemption Item dalam progam ini dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. 
  11. Ketersediaan untuk semua Redemption Item terbatas, selama persediaan masih ada. 

PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

SPENDERS TREAT

Spenders Treat is a special program for G CARD Gold Members to redeem G CARD Points to vouchers/product/Getplus Points with 50% off. 

  1. Program period: 4 – 10 September 2024. 
  2. To join the program, G CARD Gold Members must redeem G CARD Points at G CARD Counters located at West Mall level 2, East Mall level 2 & 3A, or G CARD Lounge at East Mall level 5. 
  3. G CARD Gold Members can redeem all Redemption Items available for this program as long as they have sufficient G CARD Points. 
  4. 1 (one) type of Redemption Item, which is a voucher/GetPlus Point, can be redeemed maximum 5 (five) times/period. Meanwhile, 1 (one) type of Redemption Item, which is the CORKCICLE Canteen 16oz – Dipped Blackout product, can be redeemed maximum 1 (one) time per period. 
  5. To redeem GetPlus Points, the G CARD Gold Member must register the GetPlus ID into the G CARD system. The name listed on the GetPlus ID must be the same as that of the G CARD system. 1 (one) G CARD Gold Member can only enter 1 (one) GetPlus ID and must be in active condition.  
  6. The vouchers from Redemption Items can only be used at the tenants located at Grand Indonesia. 
  7. The voucher’s validity date will follow the date specified on each voucher. 
  8. GetPlus Points’s validaty date will follow the date specified on the GetPlus Mobile App.  
  9. Redemption Items that have been redeemed and received by G CARD Gold Member cannot be cancelled or exchanged for money or other Redemption Items for any reason. 
  10. Redemption Items in this program are subject to change without prior notice. 
  11. The availability of all Redemption Items is limited, while stocks last.
