These Redemption Items are valid for G CARD Members by redeeming the G CARD Points by visiting G CARD Counters located at West Mall level 2 and East Mall level 2, or G CARD Lounge East Mall level 5 (for G CARD Gold Members only).
The Additional Guest and VIP Room items are exclusively available for G CARD Gold Members at G CARD Lounge East Mall level 5.
Affogato dan Ice Cream can be enjoyed at G CARD Lounge East Mall level 5.
1 (one) type of Redemption Item, which is a voucher/product, can be redeemed maximum 5 (five) times/day. Meanwhile, 1 (one) type of Redemption Item, which is the Additional Guest, can be redeemed with unlimited/day.
The vouchers from Redemption Items can only be used at the tenants located at Grand Indonesia.
The voucher's validity date will follow the date specified on each voucher.
Affogato and Ice Cream’s validity date will follow the date specified on each product.
Redemption Items that have been redeemed and received by G CARD Gold Member cannot be cancelled or exchanged for money or other Redemption Items for any reason.

These Redemption Items are valid for G CARD Members by redeeming the G CARD Points through the Grand Indonesia Mobile App.
Please visit the G CARD Counters located at West Mall level 2 and East Mall level 2, or G CARD Lounge East Mall level 5 (for G CARD Gold Members only) for data confirmation.
The maximum data confirmation period is three (3) months from the date of redemption through the Grand Indonesia Mobile App.
This Redemption Items can be redeemed for a maximum of 5 (five) times per day for the same item.
G CARD Member must register their GarudaMiles or KrisFlyer IDs into the G CARD system. The name listed on the GarudaMiles or KrisFlyer IDs must be the same as that of the G CARD system. 1 (one) G CARD Member can only enter 1 (one) GarudaMiles or KrisFlyer IDs and must be in active condition.
GarudaMiles or KrisFlyer miles validity date will follow the date specified on each system that partners hold.
