This Redemption Item is valid for G CARD Members by redeeming the G CARD Points.
G CARD Members must convert 30 G CARD Points to get a 4 hours parking voucher and must convert 15 G CARD Points to get a 2 hours parking voucher.
This parking voucher can be redeemed for a maximum of 5 (five) times per day.
CARD Members can redeem the parking voucher by visiting G CARD Counters located at West Mall level 2 and East Mall level 2, or G CARD Lounge East Mall level 5 (for G CARD Gold Members only).
The following is how to use the parking voucher at the Grand Indonesia parking area:
TAP IN your Electronic Money Card before entering the parking area.
SCAN the parking voucher QR Code in your E-WALLET at the exit gate parking area.
TAP OUT with the same Electronic Money Card used when entering the parking area.
If the parking fee exceeds the value of the voucher, you will be asked to re-TAP your Electronic Money Card again. On the contrary, if the parking fee is less than the voucher nominal, the remaining nominal cannot be cashed or reused for the next parking fee.
The usage period of the parking voucher is a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, starting from the date of the voucher appears in your E-WALLET.
The parking voucher cannot be combined or accumulated with the same voucher within one transaction.
The parking voucher cannot be used for vehicles with WUZZ (RFID) stickers, unless you enter through a gate other than the WUZZ entry gate.
The parking voucher cannot be used for parking fee in Preferred Service and Valet areas.
The parking voucher that have been redeemed in the G CARD Members account cannot be cancelled or exchanged for money or other redemption items for any reason.
The availability of the Redemption Items is unlimited.
