FOODPRINT 9TH ANNIVERSARY 

NINE & DINE 

A. PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The FOODPRINT 9th Anniversary Program is open to all G CARD Members from 19 – 23 October 2026.
  2. G CARD Members may redeem 9 (nine) G CARD Points for 1 (one) Free Favorite Meal voucher from participating FOODPRINT tenants.
  3. Voucher redemption can be made at the G CARD Express Counter, West Mall level 5, daily from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM WIB, during the program period and while stocks last.
  4. A total of 190 (one hundred and ninety) vouchers will be available per day, with voucher selections varying from day to day.
  5. Each day, 3 (three) to 4 (four) voucher options from participating FOODPRINT tenants will be available. The available voucher options will follow the menu selection for the respective redemption day.
  6. Each G CARD Member may redeem more than 1 (one) voucher per day, provided that each voucher is from a different tenant and the redemption quota remains available.
  7. Each G CARD Member may redeem a maximum of 1 (one) voucher from each tenant throughout the program period.
  8. Voucher quotas and selections will be refreshed daily. G CARD Members may redeem vouchers again on subsequent days, subject to the voucher options and quotas available on those days.
  9. G CARD Members participating in the FOODPRINT 9th Anniversary Program are required to present an original, valid identification document (KTP, KITAS, or passport) for verification purposes.
  10. Participation in the FOODPRINT 9th Anniversary Program is personal and cannot be represented by another person.
  11. Voucher redemption is only available during the program period and will not be permitted after the program ends.
  12. Grand Indonesia reserves the right to amend the program terms and conditions when necessary, subject to applicable regulations.

C. VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Each voucher is valid for 1 (one) menu item or set menu as specified on the voucher and may only be redeemed at the FOODPRINT tenant that issued the voucher.
  2. Each voucher is valid until 30 April 2027.
  3. Vouchers may be used at the issuing FOODPRINT tenant even after the FOODPRINT 9th Anniversary Program has ended, provided that the vouchers remain valid and have not expired.
  4. Vouchers may be redeemed without a minimum transaction amount and without any additional requirements beyond those stated on the voucher.
  5. Vouchers are valid only for the specified menu item or set menu and cannot be combined with other menu items, vouchers, promotions, or offers.
  6. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for monetary value, or exchanged for other menu items or products outside the terms specified on the voucher.
  7. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be reused once the transaction has been completed.
  8. Used vouchers must be surrendered to the respective tenant as proof of redemption and cannot be reclaimed by the customer.
  9. Lost, damaged, or illegible vouchers may be rejected by the tenant if their information and authenticity cannot be verified.
