TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This shopping program runs from 13 – 22 February 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB or until gifts are sold out.
- G CARD Members who make a minimum purchase of IDR 3,000,000 in 1 (one) single receipt will have a chance to play a game at the shopping booth located at East Mall level 5, to win prizes such as:

- To participate, the Member must scan their receipt at the shopping booth at East Mall level 5 on the same transaction date.
- There are 30 daily quotas available for this program.
- This program is not valid for all employees of PT. Grand Indonesia.
- Each G CARD Member may only participate in the FORTUNE FAN shopping program 1 (one) time per day. If the member has additional receipts from the same day, they may scan or submit them at the G CARD Counter or at the G CARD Lounge (for Gold Members) to earn G CARD Points in accordance with the official point–earning Terms & Conditions.
- All G CARD Members participating in the FORTUNE FAN program must present their original valid Identification Card (KTP / KITAS / Passport) for verification.
- Participation in the FORTUNE FAN program cannot be represented.
- Eligible transactions are transactions with a minimum purchase value of IDR 3,000,000 in 1 (one) single receipt (receipt accumulation is not allowed). Valid receipts must be original and official and computerized, clearly displaying: tenant name, purchase date, and an authorized tenant staff stamp or signature, and must be a final closed bill (not a reprint / copy / presettlement / proforma invoice/guest check/order check / preorder and/or other similar proof of transactions).
- By participating in the FORTUNE FAN program, each G CARD Member understands and fully agrees to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
- Management of Grand Indonesia has the right to refuse or unilaterally cancel any win and/or participation if the receipt and/or participation are found not to be in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
- The Terms & Conditions of this shopping program may change at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of the winners, determined by the Management of Grand Indonesia, is final and absolute.
SPECIAL PRIVILEGE FOR G CARD GOLD MEMBERS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This shopping program runs from 13 – 22 February 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB or until gifts are sold out.
- The program is exclusively available to G CARD Gold Members who make a minimum purchase of IDR 500,000 in a single receipt at any tenant within Grand Indonesia during the program period to receive one (1) set money envelope.
- To participate in the program, G CARD Members must redeem their shopping receipts at the program booth located at East Mall, Level 5, on the same day as the transaction date.
- There are 20 daily quotas available for this program.
- Each G CARD Member can participate in the Free Envelope program only once during the program. Additional receipts from the same day can be redeemed or scanned at the G CARD Counter or Lounge to earn points, following the standard G CARD point terms.
- All participating G CARD Members are required to present a valid original identification document (KTP/KITAS/Passport) for verification purposes.
- Participation in the Free Envelope program cannot be represented.
- This program is not valid for all employees of PT. Grand Indonesia.
