Terms and Conditions Shopping Program Ramadan 2026
SHADES OF REWARDS
Program Period: 9 – 13 March 2026 and 15 – 22 March 2026.
G CARD Members who spend a minimum of IDR 5,000,000 in a single receipt at Grand Indonesia are eligible to participate in the Shades of Rewards shopping program at the shopping program booth located at East Mall Level 5 to win prizes including:

The program is limited to 40 participants per day.
This program is not applicable to employees of PT. Grand Indonesia.
Each G CARD Member is only allowed to participate in the SHADES OF REWARDS program once per day. If a G CARD Member has other shopping receipts on the same day, the receipt can be submitted or scanned at the G CARD Counter or G CARD Lounge (for Gold Members), and the G CARD Member will receive G CARD Points in accordance with the applicable point earning terms and conditions.
Each G CARD Member participating in the SHADES OF REWARDS program is required to present their original identification card (KTP/KITAS/Passport) for verification purposes.
Participation in the SHADES OF REWARDS program cannot be represented by another person.
A valid transaction is a transaction with a minimum purchase of IDR 5,000,000 (accumulation of multiple receipts is not allowed). Valid shopping receipts must be original and/or official and/or computerized receipts that include the tenant name, purchase date, stamp or signature from the authorized tenant staff, and must be the final payment receipt or closed bill (not re-print / copy / pre-settlement / proforma invoice / guest check / order check / pre-order or similar documents) and must not originate from: Purchase of shopping vouchers / gift cards / membership cards / customer cards / loyalty cards issued by tenants or brands whether permanent tenants or temporary stores; Top-up of balance or points for gift cards / membership cards / customer cards / loyalty cards; Transaction values counted as cashback / bundling and/or other tenant promotions; Transactions made on behalf of a company / institution / organization / foundation; Transactions for the purchase of Gold / Jewelry, Tour and Travel services, Telecommunication Provider Centers (except for mobile phones and modems), exhibition outlets, and/or transactions made at temporary stores (non-tenants); Banking transactions including bill payments through ATM/Bank (telephone, electricity, mobile phone, and others); Foreign currency exchange; Purchase of concert tickets, entrance tickets for events/exhibitions; Payment of Fitness First membership fees; and transactions from outlets not listed as Grand Indonesia tenants.
By participating in the SHADES OF REWARDS program, G CARD Members acknowledge that they have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
Grand Indonesia Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation unilaterally if it does not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of the SHADES OF REWARDS program may change at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by Grand Indonesia Management are final and cannot be contested.
ALL DAY SALE
Program Period: 7 & 14 March 2026, prize redemption starts at 19:00 WIB.
G CARD Members who make purchases at Grand Indonesia will have the opportunity to participate in the All Day Sale shopping program at the shopping program booth located at East Mall Level 5, with the following scheme:
G CARD Member Gold The first 75 Gold Members with a minimum transaction of IDR 2,000,000 in a single receipt will have the opportunity to play the “Surprise Taps” game on the Grand Indonesia mobile application to win:
MAP Shopping Voucher IDR 200,000 + Michael Kors Bag; or
G CARD Member Silver The first 125 Silver Members with a minimum transaction of IDR 2,000,000 in a single receipt will receive a MAP Shopping Voucher IDR 200,000.
There are 125 quotas per day for Silver Members and 75 quotas per day for Gold Members.
This program is not applicable to all employees of PT Grand Indonesia.
Each G CARD Member may only participate in the ALL DAY SALE program once per day. If a G CARD Member has other receipts on the same day, the receipts may still be submitted or scanned at the G CARD Counter or G CARD Lounge (for Gold Members), and the member will earn G CARD Points in accordance with the applicable earning point terms and conditions.
Every G CARD Member participating in the ALL DAY SALE program must present a valid original identification card (KTP/KITAS/Passport) for verification purposes.

Receipts originating from the following transactions are not eligible, including but not limited to: purchases of shopping vouchers / gift cards / membership cards / customer cards / loyalty cards issued by tenants or brands (whether permanent tenants or temporary stores); top-up transactions for gift cards / membership cards / customer cards / loyalty cards; transactions calculated as cashback, bundling, or other tenant promotions; transactions made on behalf of a company / institution / organization / foundation; transactions for Gold/Jewelry, Tour & Travel, Telecommunication Provider Centers (except for the purchase of mobile phones and modems), exhibition outlets, and/or transactions made at temporary stores (non-tenants); banking transactions, including bill payments through ATM/Bank (telephone, electricity, mobile phone bills, etc.); foreign currency exchange transactions; purchases of concert tickets or event/exhibition tickets; Fitness First membership payments; and transactions that are not included in the Grand Indonesia tenant list.
By participating in the ALL DAY SALE program, G CARD Members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
Grand Indonesia Management reserves the right to reject or cancel any winner unilaterally if the participation does not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of the ALL DAY SALE program may change at any time without prior notice.
The decision of the winners determined by Grand Indonesia Management is final and cannot be contested.
ALL DAY SALE
DOUBLE POINTS
During the ALL DAY SALE program period on 7 & 14 March 2026, all G CARD Members who make transactions at Grand Indonesia are eligible to receive Double G CARD Points with the following terms and conditions:
The Double Points program is applicable for all G CARD Members (Silver & Gold) who make transactions at participating tenants in Grand Indonesia on 7 & 14 March 2026.
There is no minimum transaction required to participate in the Double Points program.
Transactions must be submitted through the G CARD Counter, G CARD Lounge (for Gold Members), or the shopping program booth on the same day as the transaction date.
The Double Points program does not apply to transactions submitted through the Grand Indonesia mobile application (self-scan feature).
Double Points will be granted based on the verified transaction value in accordance with the applicable G CARD point earning terms and conditions.
Shopping receipts must comply with the valid receipt requirements as stated in the ALL DAY SALE program terms and conditions.
Grand Indonesia Management reserves the right to verify any transactions submitted by G CARD Members.
