Terms and Conditions

  1. The Shop & Discover Local Craft Program is valid on 14 - 17 August 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB, or while stocks last.  

  2. G CARD Members who make a minimum purchase of IDR 1,700,000 in a single receipt will have the opportunity to play “Surprise Taps” on the Grand Indonesia app to win prizes such as: 
    - Purana Plaid Scarf​
    - Purana Flower Scarf​
    - Purana Plaid Vanity Pouch​
    - ⁠Purana Flower Vanity Pouch​

  3. The Exclusive Purana Accessories cannot be selected or exchanged.  

  4. To participate in this program, G CARD Members must redeem or scan their shopping receipt at the G CARD Counter located at West Mall Level 2, East Mall Level 2, or at the G CARD Lounge (East Mall Level 5  Gold Members only) on the same transaction date.  

  5. There are 25 quotas per day for all G CARD Members.

  6. Each G CARD Member may participate in the Shop & Discover Local Craft shopping program only once. If a G CARD Member has additional receipts on the same day, the member may still redeem or scan those receipts at the G CARD Counter or G CARD Lounge (for Gold Members) and will earn G CARD points according to the applicable earning point terms and conditions.  

  7. G CARD Members participating in this program are required to present a valid original identification card (KTP/KITAS/Passport) for verification purposes.

  8. Participation in Shop & Discover Local Craft program cannot be represented.

  9. This program is not applicable to all employees of PT. Grand Indonesia.

  10. Eligible transactions are transactions with a minimum purchase value of IDR 1,700,000 in 1 (one) single receipt (receipt accumulation is not allowed). Valid receipts must be original and official and computerized, clearly displaying: tenant name, purchase date, and an authorized tenant staff stamp or signature, and must be a final closed bill (not a reprint / copy / presettlement / proforma invoice/guest check/order check / preorder and/or other similar proof of transactions) from any Grand Indonesia tenant.

  11. By participating in Shop & Discover Local Craft program, each G CARD Member understands and fully agrees to all applicable Terms & Conditions.  

  12. Management of Grand Indonesia has the right to refuse or unilaterally cancel any win and/or participation if the receipt and/or participation are found not to be in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

  13. The Terms & Conditions of this shopping program may change at any time without prior notice.

  14. The decision of the winners, determined by the Management of Grand Indonesia, is final and absolute.
