A. MECHANISM OF THE GRAND INDONESIA SURPRIZES 2025

  1. G CARD Member will receive 1 (one) Grand Indonesia Surprizes 2025 digital raffle number by exchanging 5 (five) G CARD Points from 1 (one) shopping receipt according to the Food & Beverages category with a minimum of IDR. 500.000, Fashion, Kids, Beauty, Lifestyle & Department Store category with a minimum of IDR 1,000,000, and Gadgets & Electronics, Luxury Watch, Automotive category with a minimum of IDR 2,500,000 and multiples apply on the same day as the transaction date. The exchange can only be processed at G CARD Counters.
  2. This program only applies to G CARD Members who are actively registered in the G CARD system. G CARD Members participating in this program are REQUIRED to have the Grand Indonesia Mobile App and complete their data followed by uploading their valid ID (KTP/Passport/KITAS) on the Grand Indonesia Mobile App.
  3. Membership is considered terminated if the G CARD Member passes away. Points and coupons earned, as well as remaining benefits and privileges, will be forfeited automatically.

  6. There is no limitation for a maximum number of 2025 Grand Indonesia Surprizes digital raffle numbers that can be exchanged, and the digital raffle numbers cannot be selected/exchanged/cancelled.
  7. The number exchange can be processed starting from Sunday, 1st of June 2025 and latest submitted on Thursday, 30th of April 2026 at 10.00 PM.
  8. Digital raffle numbers recorded in each period cannot be accumulated for the next lucky draw programs.
  9. Grand Indonesia has the right to cancel and change the Grand Indonesia Surprizes 2025 digital raffle numbers if deemed invalid and not in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply.
  10. This program cannot be combined with other G CARD Member promos and benefits.
  11. This program is ineligible to all shop owners, tenants, tenant’s employees and employees of Grand Indonesia, and their families.
  12. If any fraud or irregularities committed by a G CARD Member in this program are found, Grand Indonesia has the right to cancel participation/wins unilaterally.
  13. The terms and conditions of the Grand Indonesia Surprizes 2025 program may change at any time without prior notification.
  14. By participating in the Grand Indonesia Surprizes 2025 program, participants give their consent for their full name to be publicly displayed during the draw process as part of transparency and winner validation.
  15. By participating in the 2025 Grand Indonesia Surprizes program, it means that participants understand and agree to the terms and conditions that apply.

 

B. DRAWING MECHANISM FOR THE GRAND INDONESIA SURPRIZES 2025

  1. During the drawing process which will be held on Wednesday, 20th of May 2026, the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs will unseal the Grand Indonesia Surprizes number stored on the flashdisk, followed by a computerized drawing witnessed by the relevant parties, i.e. the organizers, Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, DKI Jakarta Social Service, Notary and representatives from the Indonesian Police.

  2. G CARD Members participating in this program are expected to be present at the time of the drawing and bring the Grand Indonesia Mobile App along with a physical/hardcopy of a valid Identity Card in good condition for verification purposes. If the G CARD Member does not bring these two requirements to the drawing event, their number will be withdrawn as the winner. If the G CARD Member is unable to attend, then his/her presence can be represented by an individual with original power of attorney and has provided the access to log into the Grand Indonesia Mobile App account along with a physical/hard copy of the G CARD Member’s ID card to the individual. The individual representing the G CARD Member is also obligated to bring his/her ID card as such identification number is mentioned in the power of attorney for verification purposes.

  3. The raffle number draw will start from the smallest prize, such as a Bose Home Audio up to the Grand Prize Lexus RX 350h Luxury.

  4. For prizes from Bose Home Audio up to Watch: Tag Heuer, the name of the 1st (one) potential winner will be called 3 (three) times. If the name of the 1st (one) winner whose name is mentioned is not present or exceeds the call limit, a total of 3 (three) draws will be conducted to select the raffle number again. If the 2nd (second) and 3rd (third) winner is not present or exceeds the call limit, then the 1st (one) winner is entitled to become the winner.

  5. Especially for the Grand Prize prizes which is 1 (one) unit of Lexus RX 350h Luxury, the names of potential winners will be called 3 (three) times. If the name of the 1st (one) potential winner mentioned is not present or exceeds the call limit, the digital raffle number will be selected again 5 (five) times. If the 2nd (second), 3rd (third), 4th (fourth), and 5th (fifth) potential winners are not present or exceeds the call limit, then the 1st (one) winner is entitled to be the winner.

  6. The Grand Indonesia Surprizes numbers on the drawing system will be recorded and displayed on the screen during the drawing event. If the number is declared valid by the verification team, then it will be validated by witnesses consisting of the Ministry of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia, DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service, Notary, and representatives from the Indonesian Police to be announced by the event presenter. If it turns out that the Grand Indonesia Surprizes number is declared invalid, then a re-draw will be carried out to get a valid number which will then be declared as the winner. G CARD Member who has been declared as a winner in the previous prize and his/her name appears again in the next prize, then the prize to be won is the highest prize (1 winner = 1 prize).

  7. Special terms/conditions for the Grand Prize category which is Lexus RX 350h Luxury.

  8. The prize tax will be borne by Grand Indonesia, except for the prize tax for the Grand Prize which is 1 (one) unit of Lexus RX 350h Luxury which will be borne by the winner.
