NATIONAL CUSTOMER DAY
The National Customer Day Program is valid on 4 – 6 September 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB, or while stocks last.
G CARD Members who make a minimum purchase of IDR 2,000,000 in a single receipt will have the opportunity to play “Surprise Taps” on the Grand Indonesia app to win prizes such as:
IDR 1,800,000 Dope & Dapper / Vans Shopping Voucher
IDR 200,000 MAP Shopping Vouchers
Prize cannot be selected or exchanged.
For the Dope & Dapper / Vans Shopping Voucher worth IDR 1,800,000, the winner will receive a winner’s letter and must bring the letter when shopping. The winner will be accompanied during the shopping session on a date selected by the winner, with a maximum shopping value of IDR 1,800,000.
To participate in this program, G CARD Members must redeem or scan their shopping receipt at the G CARD Counter located at West Mall Level 2, East Mall Level 2, or at the G CARD Lounge (East Mall Level 5 Gold Members only) on the same transaction date.
There are 15 quotas per day.
Each G CARD Member may participate in the National Customer Day shopping program only once. If a G CARD Member has additional receipts on the same day, the member may still redeem or scan those receipts at the G CARD Counter or G CARD Lounge (for Gold Members) and will earn G CARD points according to the applicable earning point terms and conditions.
G CARD Members participating in this program are required to present a valid original identification card (KTP/KITAS/Passport) for verification purposes.
Participation in National Customer Day program cannot be represented.
This program is not applicable to all employees of PT. Grand Indonesia.
Eligible transactions are transactions with a minimum purchase value of IDR 2,000,000 in 1 (one) single receipt (receipt accumulation is not allowed). Valid receipts must be original and official and computerized, clearly displaying: tenant name, purchase date, and an authorized tenant staff stamp or signature, and must be a final closed bill (not a reprint / copy / presettlement / proforma invoice/guest check/order check / preorder and/or other similar proof of transactions) from any Grand Indonesia tenant.
By participating in National Customer Day program, each G CARD Member understands and fully agrees to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
Management of Grand Indonesia has the right to refuse or unilaterally cancel any win and/or participation if the receipt and/or participation are found not to be in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

The decision of the winners, determined by the Management of Grand Indonesia, is final and absolute.
FREE PARKING VOUCHER FOR NEW MEMBER
The New Member program will be held from 4 – 6 September 2026, from 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM WIB, or until the gift quota has been fully redeemed.
New G CARD Members who register as a G CARD Member and make a minimum purchase of IDR 100,000 in 1 (one) receipt are entitled to receive 1 (one) Free Parking Voucher valid for 2 (two) hours.
The Free Parking Voucher is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date the voucher is credited to the G CARD Member’s account on the Grand Indonesia application.
To participate in this program, G CARD Members must submit their purchase receipt at the G CARD Counter, located at West Mall 2nd Floor, East Mall 2nd Floor, or G CARD Lounge at East Mall 5th Floor (for Gold Members only), on the same day as the transaction date.
The program is limited to the first 100 (one hundred) participants who complete the membership registration and make the required purchase each day, on a first come, first served basis.
Each G CARD Member participating in the New Member program is required to present a valid original identification document (KTP/KITAS/Passport) for verification when submitting the transaction.
Participation in the New Member program cannot be represented by another person.
A valid transaction is a minimum purchase of IDR 100,000 in 1 (one) receipt and cannot be accumulated from multiple receipts. A valid purchase receipt must be an original and/or official and/or computerized receipt containing the tenant’s name and transaction date, with an authorized tenant staff stamp or signature, and must be the final payment receipt or closed bill (excluding re-print/copy/pre-settlement/preform invoice/guest check/order check/pre-order and/or similar documents) from any tenant at Grand Indonesia.
By participating in the New Member program, G CARD Members are deemed to have understood and agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Grand Indonesia Management reserves the right to reject or cancel a Member’s participation at its sole discretion if the participation does not comply with the applicable Terms & Conditions.

CUSTOMER NATIONAL DAY - SPECIAL EDITION ICE CREAM
Customer National Day – Special Edition Ice Cream is available from 4 – 6 September2026, or while stocks last.
This Special Edition Ice Cream redemption is exclusively available for G CARD Gold Members.
1 (one) Special Edition Ice Cream can be redeemed with 4 G CARD Points.
G CARD Gold Members must visit the G CARD Lounge, East Mall 5th Floor to collect the Ice Cream after completing the redemption.
Each G CARD Gold Member is entitled to redeem a maximum of 1 (one) Ice Cream during the program period.
Redeemed Ice Cream cannot be cancelled, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other redemption items for any reason.
The availability of Special Edition Ice Cream is limited to 50 (fifty) pieces per day, on a first come, first servedbasis.
