Every customer who applies or continues to be a G CARD Member has read and agreed to the latest Terms and Conditions from Grand Indonesia.
G CARD Members are responsible for always seeking information regarding the updates of the G CARD Programs which are informed through Grand Indonesia Mobile App & website.
General Terms
G CARD membership is personal; therefore, all points and other benefits are not transferable, sold or exchanged.
Grand Indonesia has the sole right to change, delete and add to these Terms and Conditions, including the G CARD program and other G CARD membership benefits that may affect the rights and interests of G CARD Members.
The terms and conditions of the G CARD program will be explained separately from these terms.
Grand Indonesia reserves the right to audit the G CARD Member's account at any time without prior notice.
Membership Registrations
Membership registration can be done through the Grand Indonesia Mobile App or visit G CARD Counters located at West Mall Level 2 and East Mall Level 2.
Every G CARD Member is only allowed to have one (1) G CARD account.
G CARD membership is valid for individuals with a minimum age of eighteen (18) years old on the date of application by referring to a valid KTP/Passport/KITAS.
G CARD membership does not apply to owners and/or tenant employees at Grand Indonesia Mall and their families.
G CARD Member is responsible for always updating their telephone number, residential address and email address in writing or through online platforms, as all forms of notification and communication will be sent to G CARD members' phone numbers or email addresses recorded in the G CARD portal.
Collecting Points
The conditions for exchanging shopping receipts into points are as follows:

G CARD Points will be valid for 1 year and the expiry date will be on December 31st, every year.
Shopping receipts can be exchanged through Grand Indonesia Mobile App and G CARD Counter and/or G CARD Lounge for a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000,- (one hundred thousand rupiah) and without any maximum limit.
Receipts exchange must be made on the same day as the transaction date stated on the purchase receipts. If the transaction is made half an hour (30 minutes) before the end of the Grand Indonesia Mall operating hours, the exchange can be made one (1) day after the transaction date.
A valid shopping receipt to be exchanged for points is an original and/or official and/or computerized shopping receipt that includes the name of Grand Indonesia Mall, the name of the outlet, date of purchase, stamp or signature from the authorized outlet officer and the final receipt of payment or closed bill (not a receipt). re-print / copy / pre-settlement / invoice / guest check / order check / pre-order and / or the like). For avoidance of doubt, bank merchant receipts from EDC machines as stipulated in this point are not considered valid shopping receipt.
Purchase value from separated shopping receipts does not apply to the accumulation points.
Points will be credited in the G CARD Member's account no later than three (3) working days after the date of redemption.
Points cannot be acquired if the shopping receipt comes from:
Purchase of shopping vouchers / gift cards / membership cards / customer cards / loyalty cards / E-Money;
Top-up balance or gift card / membership card / customer card / loyalty card points / E-money;
Transaction value calculated as cashback / bundling / trade-in and/or other tenant promos;
Transaction value calculated as shipping and donation fees;
Transactions which are purchases on behalf of companies / institutions / organizations / foundations;
Transactions made for the purchase of from gold / jewelry tenants, starter packs / credit / data packages, tours and travel, telecommunications provider centers (except for the purchase of mobile phones and accessories), exhibitions held not from Grand Indonesia tenants, and transactions made in temporary stores (non-tenants);
Banking transactions, including bill payments through ATMs / Banks (telephone, electricity, credit, and others);
Foreign exchange;
Purchase of concert tickets, exhibition entrance tickets and others.
Points and/or Surprizes Coupon will not be credited in the G CARD Member's account until the shopping receipt validation process is declared valid. Grand Indonesia has the right to cancel / reduce and / or add points that have been credited in the G CARD Member account in accordance with Grand Indonesia's policies. This also includes if there is an input error by the staff and/or other things happen.
Points that have been credited in the G CARD Member's account cannot be canceled or exchanged for money or other redemption items for any reason. Vouchers and/or products is subject to availability.
Points Redemption
G CARD Points could be used for:
Surprizes Coupon redemption;
Voucher redemptions from partners;
Miles redemption;
Other available products and services redemption.
Points will be immediately deducted when redemption for Surprizes Coupons, vouchers, miles and other products and services is completed.
Exchanges can be made at the G CARD Counters located West Mall Level 2 and East Mall Level 2, or G CARD Lounge at East Mall Level 5 (Exclusively for G CARD GOLD Member) while stocks last.
Membership Levels & Benefits
G CARD Silver Members can upgrade the membership to G CARD Gold by spending with transaction minimum IDR 50.000.0000 (fifty million rupiah) for 1 (one) year.
G CARD Gold Members can maintain their membership tier by spending with a transaction minimum IDR 50,000,000,- (fifty million rupiah) within 1 (one) year from the date's Member is upgraded in the system. Otherwise, the membership tier will be downgraded to G CARD Silver Member.
G CARD Gold Members are entitled to the benefits below:
Exclusive Parking Space, which is located in several areas of West Mall and East Mall;
G CARD Lounge, which provides free Wi-Fi, Food & Beverages and facilities for G CARD transactions;
Spender's Treat Program, where Members can redeem two (2) times points to certain Vouchers or Products at half price (50% OFF) every year, namely one (1) time in May and one (1) time in September.
Personal Data Protection G CARD Member allows Grand Indonesia to collect, use and disclose personal data for the following purposes:
Provide the latest news about membership status and other information related to G CARD Member's account;
Facilitate transactions and services in connection with membership;
Delivering information related to promotions, programs, and lucky-draw organized by Grand Indonesia.
Termination of Membership
G CARD account will be automatically deactivated or closed if there is are no shopping transactions within a period of 24 (twenty-four) consecutive months recorded from the date of the last activity.
Grand Indonesia reserves the right to suspend or terminate G CARD membership at any time or without prior notice and G CARD Members will be automatically not entitled to participate in the G CARD Program so that points and coupons earned, as well as unredeemable and remaining benefits and privileges will be forfeited automatically without compensation and are non-transferable. This especially applies if the G CARD Member does any of the following:
Change the date, outlet name, and nominal on the receipt that is exchanged for points and / or into other G CARD Programs;
Create fake receipts and/or duplicate receipts that are exchanged for points and/or into other G CARD Programs;
Perform irregularities, falsification and / or fraud of documents, data or any actions that violate the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia;
G CARD Member is the owner and/or employee of a tenant and/or the direct family member of the owner/employee of a tenant at Grand Indonesia.
Having more than 1 (one) G CARD membership with the same personal data, then Grand Indonesia Management has the right to unilaterally inactivate other memberships determined by Grand Indonesia Management;
Do any activity that interrupts the order and comfort of other G CARD Members, tenant employee and/or staffs and also Grand Indonesia Management.
G CARD Members can terminate membership at any time by giving written notice and returning G CARD to Grand Indonesia. Any remaining points, benefits and privileges will be forfeited without compensation and non-transferable.
Membership is considered terminated if the G CARD Member passes away. Points and coupons earned, as well as benefits and privileges that are not redeemed will be forfeited automatically.
Other Terms
Grand Indonesia management is not responsible for the following matters:
Misuse of G CARD Member membership by other parties;
Damage and expiration of vouchers / products / miles that are obtained from redeeming points or participating in other G CARD Programs that have been accepted by G CARD Members.
If there are any computer system issues, the process of collecting points and / or participation in other G CARD Programs will be carried out manually and only applies to shopping receipts submitted to Grand Indonesia Management, (not valid for scanned shopping receipts / scans). In this case, the points will be credited to the G CARD within 3 (three) working days from the day of redemption and/or collection of points.
Grand Indonesia reserves the right at any time to make decisions and policies without prior notice and without giving G CARD Member any reason to:
Suspend or terminate G CARD membership for any reason that we deem inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions;
Decline the G CARD membership registration;
Change, limit, suspend or terminate all benefits, services, facilities and privileges related to G CARD Member membership.
In the case of G CARD Member unable to attend when making transactions, either adding, exchanging points and/or the G CARD program, then the G CARD Member is required to provide Grand Indonesia mobile app account along with a copy of a valid KTP/Passport/KITAS of G CARD Member for the validation process to the beneficiary.
Each of these Terms and Conditions is separate and distinct from one another and if at any time one or more of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected or disturbed in any way.
G CARD Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all Terms and Conditions governing the use of facilities, benefits or services in connection with G CARD membership, which may be changed from time to time.
If there is a discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the English version and the Indonesian version of these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
