Birthday Privileges are valid only for active G CARD Gold Members at the time of claim and usage.
Birthday Privileges may be used once (1x) per calendar year.
G CARD Gold Members are entitled to one (1) slice of cake and VIP Room Free Access as Birthday Privileges.
Birthday Privileges are valid for 7 (seven) days after the member’s birthday.
To enjoy the Birthday Privileges, G CARD Gold Members are required to make a reservation in advance and complete the identity verification process by presenting their G CARD (via the Grand Indonesia mobile app) and a valid original identification card (KTP/KITAS/Passport).
VIP Room reservations are subject to room availability (based on availability) and may only be made and used within the 7 (seven)-day validity period after the member’s birthday.
VIP Room Free Access is valid for one (1) person only, namely the G CARD Gold Member celebrating their birthday. Any additional guests will be subject to G CARD Points deduction in accordance with the applicable redemption items terms and conditions. Additional Guest (Adults / Child).
If the G CARD Gold Member is unable to attend on the confirmed booking date, one (1) reschedule is permitted, provided that confirmation is made no later than H-1 (one day prior) to the scheduled booking date.
The duration of VIP Room Free Access is two (2) hours. Late arrival will not extend the booking time, and the original booking schedule will remain applicable.
If the Birthday Privileges are not claimed within the specified validity period, the privileges will be forfeited and may not be extended.
G CARD Gold Members are not permitted to leave personal belongings inside the VIP Room when exiting the room.
Birthday Privileges are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
Management of Grand Indonesia reserves the right to terminate VIP Room usage if the G CARD Gold Member or their guests fail to comply with VIP Room rules and regulations.
Management of Grand Indonesia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Birthday Privileges at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by the Management of Grand Indonesia are final and binding.
